The gone years have witnessed drastic change in the working culture of organizations. They have emerged as tech savvy Companies with rising demand of more and more technological tools. Such change is going throughout the world in every department.<\/p>\n<p>Worldwide, HR is going through a huge technology transformation. HRs have to use technology and tools on the every aspect of employee life cycle now in recent years.\u00a0For example: Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee performance, employee engagement, etc. \u2013 entire employee lifecycle has gone through complete change in the last 10 years.\u00a0 HR is becoming one of the major functions that consumes IT bandwidth from the CIO.<\/p>\n<p>Few years back, Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) were going through such technology transformation.\u00a0They were demanding time, mindshare and budget from the CIO for helping the marketing team to reach customers.\u00a0Now, CMOs have picked up lot of technology related knowledge from their counterparts.\u00a0In several organizations, CMOs have their own dedicated IT team (or) demand \u201crequired\u201d bandwidth from the central IT pool.\u00a0And, you look at it \u2013 they use technology, social networking tools to the core to promote the brand, attract customers and engage customers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.synergita.com\/synergita-test-drive.html?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=Post&amp;utm_campaign=Raji\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5470 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/localhost\/synergitablognew\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/synergita_test-drive-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"96\" srcset=\"https:\/\/newtest.synergita.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/synergita_test-drive-1-1.jpg 650w, https:\/\/newtest.synergita.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/synergita_test-drive-1-1-300x44.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Similar transformation is happening at HR front.\u00a0HR uses bits and pieces of technologies across the employee life cycle.\u00a0Usage of social networks has become the norm for recruitment.\u00a0HR Branding is a key function for HR. \u201cEmployee engagement\u201d is becoming better through the use of technology. Big data analytics is emerging to serve the employees better. Linking the employee engagement with the performance will help in achieving the business excellence.\u00a0You need technology to play a key role in employee engagement.\u00a0We foresee that 2015 will be an exciting year for CHRO moving towards technology direction.\u00a0We see a blend of technology and \u201cpeople to people\u201d connect happening in a positive way.<\/p>\n<p>We at Synergita are working towards making life easier for HR through better employee engagement and talent management solutions.
