It basically ends up assessing the past performance, instead of being agile and driving better performance.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"irc_mi aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.trendsapplied.com\/WordPress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/BItriangle.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"327\" height=\"238\"><\/p>\n<p>Companies are trying out newer performance management practices, to engage their employees and to inculcate a high performance culture.
