UN has chosen to have \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unwomen.org\/en\/news\/stories\/2020\/11\/announcer-international-womens-day-2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world,<\/em><\/a>\u201d as its theme for International Women\u2019s Day, March 8, 2021.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies, even in this current scenario, do their best to exhibit how much they cherish their women employees and encourage more women to take up competitive and greater roles.
